与此同时，仅上半年日本消协收到的关于网购的投诉就达13万件之多，为去年同期的1.3倍。其中不乏购买后商品未能送达，免费试用后却被收取高额解约金等现象。日本相关部门再度呼吁消费者，购买前确认好相关条款，感到不妥就尽早取消交易等，来避免遭受更大的损失。
